Indecent is a semi-musical drama detailing the story of Sholem Asch's controversial play "God of Vengeance" as it made its way from the stages of Europe to its Broadway debut at the Apollo Theatre. As assistant designer, my domain was primarily focused on the engineering side of things including the PA, vocal reinforcement, wireless coordination, and live mixing. Additionally, part of my role included designing and building a brand new 12 channel Shure SLX-D wireless system for the theater to use for this production and all productions going forward in the space.
